I was browsing YouTube for something else when the site suggested this clip. I watched it and liked it. I'm not sure the river raise alone would have won the hand, but the raise plus a well-conceived little speech did the trick.
His ability to read hands is uncanny, but the fact is he talks a lot, is on TV all the time, and guesses hands all the time. My hunch is that they don't usually air, or people just don't remember, all of the myriad times he has called hands incorrectly.
When Daniel is on it is just down right scary.

Clearly he was bluffing about knowing the hand and his ability to psychologically manipulate is a force to reckon with.....
