I would definitely say "I don't know". You want to know what seat 4's tells are, you take a seat and figure them out for yourself. ;-)
I've never payed much attention to tells and am a winning player......some people put loads of chips over the line to see a showdown because that guy just touched his nose again or something. I prefer to base my betting on other factors. Only occasionally I spot physical actions that strongly affect my decision making.
