The above image was uploaded to Twitter by my friend @TheLuckbox, who reports that the resulting bad-beat jackpot was $60,000. Sadly, The Mighty Deuce-Four cannot lose to mere four-of-a-kind even when losing would mean a bigger payday. It just can't.

Wow, that's great.
I'd be curious as to how the betting went. Was there a flop bet? Would be a pretty weak call if there was by the pocket 5's, especially with an Ace on the board. He's down to a two-outer. And then he hits his one outer to lose in the absolutely perfect way.
As for the whole question, "is the Pope Catholic?".....Let me google that and I'll get back to you.
