Poker joke

In the mail today was the copy of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Poker that I had ordered. As with the Dummies book, there is a sound, non-obvious reason for me to be reviewing these--about which more sometime soon. This one was written by the late, great Andy Glazer.

I was just thumbing through it, when I spotted the word "Lollapalooza" in a sub-header on p. 147. I couldn't imagine what this had to do with poker, so I read the section. It's apparently an old poker joke, but one I had never heard. I liked it so much I decided to share it with y'all, and scanning it was much easier than typing. (Copyright, shmopyright.)
