Bodog payout change

A few months ago I wrote about an endlessly frustrating experience with one of Bodog's cash-out methods, a prepaid Visa card. As a result, I can only see this email from Bodog as good news:

I'm curious, though, whether this is somehow related to all the Black Friday mess, or just another example of a payment processor moving to the "no longer usable" category.

I have just attempted my first payout from Bodog - and it worked fine. I used the "express me a check" option, which they said was free once a month, and had them express me half my account balance (just shy of three grand).

They told me it would take 7-10 business days, and it did (I think it took 9), but then they sent me the DHL tracking number, and the check arrived at my doorstep with no problems. I deposited it last Monday and it cleared and everything's fine.

Honestly, this being the first time I've cashed out from any site ever, I was fairly happy and impressed with the service.
