Winner and champeeeeeeeeeeeeen

I played in another of the occasional unofficial AVP home-game tournaments on PokerStars tonight. It was an eight-game mix (HORSE plus 2-7 triple draw, no-limit hold'em, and pot-limit Omaha). I conquered a simply MASSIVE field of eight players, taking home every last bit of the valuable prize money:

Along the way, I had this rather nice hand, though I couldn't get paid off:

That's it. End of blog post.

On his march to overwhelming victory he also brilliant bluffed his girlfriend. Twice.

As was entirely appropriate.

Congrats!

I'm not sure how to tell you this, dear, but "twice" doesn't begin to cover it.

Salt in the wounds. Nice. Ah well, until next time.

Well, you know what they say about the couple that plays together.....

My defense is that the wine started talking when down to three handed :/

Salt in wounds? No, not the intention at all. Just coming clean.

But at a short-handed table, with both positional and chip stack advantage, the only thing that would be surprising is if I did NOT bluff at nearly every opportunity.

Your Home Game sounds like fun. If there is ever an open seat just let me know. I would love to play
