I have previously mentioned strange stamp markings on the backs of $100 bills here and here. Above are scans of some of the latest ones that have come my way.
This is my last plea for definitive answers about who is putting these marks there, and why. If I don't hear from somebody in the know this time, I'm sticking with the Satanic cult terrorists theory.

I agree I have for a long time sen these odd markings on bills. Not just on 100's but also on 20's. Never 5's 10's or 1's always 20's and 100's. They are odd. I have taken pictures several times because it wouldnt make sense for just a small group of people to mark them bc then it would be on fewer bills and I wouldnt come into contact with them that often but I see them all of the time! even when I jsut get them from the bank. My conspiracy theory is that it is stamped by the gov or federal reserve to see the flows of funds and
