This is Teddy's regular spot now as he was banned from the Bellagio about a month or so ago for some shady behavior.

I heard he was banned from the Bellagio in October. Though I've not heard the exact reason. He does have a shady reputation.
The allegation, according to the forums (which means that the reliability of the information is suspect), was that he was part of a scam team. He would identify suckers and send them upstairs for a chance to flip coins in what would sound like a favorable gambling situation (being paid 7:5, or something like that). But it was actually some sort of scam that the sucker couldn't win. I heard Monroe on an episode of NWP Radio podcast in October, and he denied any such involvement.
