I just woke up, and the temperature monitor on my computer says it's 29 degrees outside. That can't be right. This is Las Vegas, in the desert, where it's always warm. It's against the law for it to drop below freezing.
Must be time to get a new computer. This one is obviously broken.

It was 12 on my way to work this morning is Kansas.
The Desert Nit would like to remind all readers that a area called a desert has nothing to do with tempature but everythong to do with lack of rain/snow fall.
You want a cold desert read about the Dry Valleys region of Antarctica.
